With over 20 years of experience as an HR Director, notably in the financial sector, Laurence works across the full HR spectrum: strategy, transformation, employee relations, talent development, payroll, compliance, and operational leadership.

 

As a well-rounded generalist, she supports companies through critical moments: reorganizations, workforce reductions, CSR projects, or HR structuring during growth phases.

 

Passionate, committed, and agile, Laurence adapts her approach to different contexts and people. She is recognized for her ability to unite teams, drive change, develop talent, and consistently connect human issues to business goals.

 

She combines strategic vision, expertise in Luxembourg labor law, and a results-driven mindset — all within a participative, demanding, and deeply human leadership style.

Payroll, hr administration & business continuity expert

Stéphanie Ballof

With over 20 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, Stéphanie is a recognized expert in Luxembourg, known for her technical mastery, operational rigor, and ability to perform effectively in complex or high-pressure environments.

 

She has managed the monthly payroll for hundreds of employees, across companies of all sizes — local and international — with in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg payroll, including multi-agreement contexts and expatriate situations.

 

A trainer at heart, she designed, implemented, and ran an in-house payroll training center, sharing her expertise with numerous HR teams. She has also stepped in for urgent assignments, restoring struggling payroll services or ensuring the continuity of payroll and associated HR administration.

 

Her approach stands out for its precision, pedagogy, and pragmatism: turning complex processes into reliable solutions, securing existing practices, and helping teams grow with both kindness and efficiency.
